The holiday season is quickly approaching! These handmade knives are a perfect gift for the horse enthusiast in your life... or for yourself!
New or old shoes can be used! Jesse has made these knives from shoes worn at a special event, and from good friends that have crossed the rainbow bridge as a remembrance token. Each knife is created from a single horseshoe and turns out unique. They are heated by forge and hammered out on the anvil.
Because of their popularity, please place all orders for horseshoe knives before December 1st in order for them to be ready before Christmas.
*Note that we cannot change the steel used in the shoe. Your knife will hold an edge based on how well the steel in your shoe can be tempered. Many of our knives are used regularly and hold up very well with good care; Others, however, are more for novelty/display.
